How do I book an appointment?

Head to the "Book a Bay" section on our homepage - pick any open day up to 12 months out and a time slot, and your request goes straight to our team.

Is the live chat staffed 24/7?

We're open Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, closed Sundays. During those hours, tap the chat bubble in the corner and a team member will jump in as soon as someone's free. Outside those hours, leave your name and we'll pick it up when we're back.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Call us at (708) 573-8849 or use the live chat - our team can adjust or cancel a pending or approved booking for you.

Do you work on foreign vehicles?

Yes - foreign vehicle repair is one of our specialties, alongside routine maintenance, diagnostics, dyno tuning, and performance/race prep.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, all insurances are accepted.
